About Us:

Pediatric Therapy Clinic is a multidisciplinary pediatric practice offering ABA, Speech, AAC, OT, and PT services. We deliver therapy in an engaging, collaborative outpatient clinic setting. Our focus is on providing innovative, compassionate, one-on-one care in a supportive team environment.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our pediatric therapy team. The PT will provide direct, individualized therapy to children and supervise the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) staff as needed. The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, and passionate about improving the lives of children through therapeutic intervention and movement-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate pediatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
  • Deliver hands-on physical therapy services in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines.
  • Supervise and support PTA staff, including documentation review, delegation of care, and clinical guidance.
  • Monitor and document patient progress; adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support home programming and promote goal achievement.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate care with other therapy departments.
  • Respond to billing-related inquiries and assist the billing team as needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, session notes, and progress reports.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuing education.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, as well as clinic policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time and caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with child development and pediatric conditions.
  • Competence with standard office and documentation software (e.g., EMR, Microsoft Office).

  • Must be able to travel occasionally between two clinic locations. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
