The Product Manager position is responsible for assisting in the downstream marketing activities for BLUEPRINTTM, Stryker Upper Extremity's unique surgeon-controlled 3D planning software.  The primary focus will be leading surgeon and sales rep communication, education, direct to patient and promotional strategies for new software releases, along with supporting existing software functionality, partnering closely with hardware marketing.  This position will be a driving force in launching Artificial Intelligence in BLUEPRINT, Mixed Reality in the operating room, digital medical education connectivity solutions, and more through BLUEPRINT.  This person will be responsible for providing continuous support to the sales force and representing the marketing organization to cross functional business partners.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Bloomington, MN location.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop go-to-market strategy and launch plans for new BLUEPRINT software/hardware functionality, including key messaging, collateral development, social media strategies, training plans, and patient education opportunities through assessment of customer needs.

  • Lead and develop hospital marketing initiatives around the BLUEPRINT technology value, incorporating future differentiated technology into plan used for partnered promotion.

  • Provide support for the field sales force and maintain ongoing communication to assess their needs, general market trends and being a conduit to the software field marketing team.

  • Understand the clinical environment influencing the Upper Extremities business, including clinical procedures, the key decision makers, and business barriers & motivations.          

  • Lead the development of digital marketing KPIs and BLUEPRINT adoption metrics.

  • Establish and develop key internal and external relationships, including cross functional teams, other business units, sales, and key opinion leaders.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or medical device sales

Preferred:

  • Graduate degree (MS, MBA)

  • Experience software or hardware marketing

  • Medical device experience

  • Software product launch experience

  

 

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual

  

 

Travel Percentage: 40%
