About the Role
Service Advisors are the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service experience. This role coordinates communication between customers and technicians, sets expectations regarding repairs, costs, and timelines, and ensures an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.

Compensation & Schedule
Compensation
- Base salary of $36,000-$40,000 annually
- Incentive earnings available
- Typical total annual earnings range from $70,000-$100,000
- Top performers earn six figures
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Early mornings and some Saturdays required
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide a positive service experience
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document mileage and VIN information
- Create and manage repair orders from start to finish
- Set clear expectations regarding service timelines and repair costs
- Serve as the liaison between technicians and customers
- Translate technical findings into customer-friendly explanations
- Prepare and present repair estimates and obtain approvals
- Coordinate with service technicians and parts departments
- Proactively communicate service updates and delays
- Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business
- Assist with vehicle staging and customer transportation needs

Training & Development
Walser provides paid training and ongoing coaching. You'll learn:
- How to write repair orders
- Product knowledge across multiple vehicle brands
- Service timelines and repair pricing
- Video inspection and estimate tools
- How to explain technical repairs in clear, simple language
Qualifications
Required
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and accept coaching
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with urgency while remaining composed
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
