Build Your Career in Automotive Marketing Strategy at Walser

We're hiring a Store Marketing Lead to take ownership of the marketing strategy and day-to-day execution for one of our dealerships. This isn't a role where you'll simply check boxes or wait for direction. You'll be the primary marketing partner to store leadership, managing campaigns, coordinating digital and creative initiatives, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities to help the dealership grow.

At Walser, we're committed to investing in our people. We foster a culture built on family, career growth, diversity, and opportunity. As a Store Marketing Lead, you'll work alongside Sales, Service, and Operations leaders while helping bring the Walser brand to life across digital channels, dealership experiences, local partnerships, and the communities we serve.

Who We're Looking For

If you're the person who notices when a campaign is off-brand, a website isn't working the way it should, or a number in the monthly report doesn't make sense—and then figures out how to fix it—keep reading.

We're looking for a marketer who can balance strategy, creativity, execution, and analytics. You'll manage multi-channel marketing initiatives across websites, CRM, social media, digital advertising, promotions, events, and creative content. Just as importantly, you'll analyze the performance behind those efforts and turn the data into clear recommendations for store leadership.

The right person is organized enough to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, confident enough to work directly with business leaders, and curious enough to continually look for ways to improve the customer experience. You should be comfortable taking ownership, communicating across teams, and turning an idea into something that actually gets executed.

The Opportunity

You will own the marketing experience for your assigned store—from planning and promotions to execution, reporting, content, and local brand presence.

You'll serve as the primary marketing liaison to store leadership, identify opportunities to improve performance, oversee brand consistency across customer touchpoints, and use performance data to determine what's working, what's not, and what should happen next. You'll also have the opportunity to lead content, social initiatives, dealership events, sponsorships, and local brand activations that connect the dealership with its community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own day-to-day marketing execution ensuring initiatives are launched correctly, on time, and aligned to brand standards and store priorities.
  • Execute and manage cross-channel marketing work (website updates, promotions, CRM initiatives, SEM/digital coordination, creative requests), acting as the single point-of-contact for store marketing needs.
  • Own monthly promotional updates and ensure accuracy and timely deployment across all relevant platforms and teams.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to store leadership, actively participating in dealership meetings and building deep working relationships across Sales/Service/Operations.
  • Extract and analyze key performance datasets (website traffic, lead performance, engagement) and translate findings into clear actions that improve performance.
  • Lead ongoing operational audits (lead routing, phone tracking, listings/data integrity) and drive fixes in partnership with store teams and vendors.
  • Proactively identify friction points and improvement opportunities in both marketing execution and customer experience; present recommendations to store leadership.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across touchpoints (website, directory profiles, digital assets, in-store materials, and customer-facing communications).
  • Provide quality assurance across deliverables to maintain accuracy, brand consistency, and a high standard of execution.
  • Lead/support content creation and shoots (video/photo/reels), ensuring deliverables match brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Drive organic social execution and collaborate on creative assets that support store priorities and local/community relevance.
  • Own content planning cadence and publishing.
  • Support and/or lead dealership events and sponsorships, including coordination, communication planning, and content capture.
  • Plan and execute brand activations that strengthen brand consideration locally (partnerships, launches, community events), including logistics and post-event follow-up.
  • Provide monthly reporting on performance, what worked/what didn’t, and recommended adjustments.
  • Maintain proactive planning calendars for promotions, content, key brand moments, and campaign launches.
  • Uphold Walser’s Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent hands-on marketing experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, dealership marketing, or performance-focused roles
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (website, CRM/email, social, digital advertising, directory profiles).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact directly with business leaders and present to large teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, service, or operations teams preferred.

  • HSA and FSA access
