Compensation: Up to $28.00/hr depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

Identify facility related issues, propose a plan of action and promptly execute it
Utilize ticket system to plan efficient workday time management, respond to all ticket requests within 24 hours
Work independently with minimal supervision
Heavy deliveries (water, man lift, forklift)
Assist with and/or perform preventative maintenance
Occasionally perform janitorial functions for buildings, grounds, and equipment using cost effective, efficient methods
Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies and organization policies and procedures
Office set-up/tear downs
All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide preventative maintenance
Carpentry skills
Obtain certifications as appropriate
Ability to work with HVAC, plumbing, mechanical devices, torches, liquids, and electrical devices
Ability to operate forklift, skid steer, snowplow, and man lifts
Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and rare cases, high, precarious places
Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures
Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
