About the role
Ensures the optimal utilization and functioning of COUNTRY Financial’s facilities through ongoing data analysis, business partner engagement and alignment with enterprise goals. Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements and recommends plans to meet needs in compliance with laws and regulations.How does this role make an impact?
Evaluates and analyzes workplace space utilization, occupancy, and functionality to ensure efficient and effective use of facilities aligned with business needs.
Assesses current and future physical space requirements by partnering with business leaders and facilities stakeholders to understand staffing changes, workspace needs, and workplace experience expectations.
Develops, recommends, and executes space planning solutions including moves, adds, and reconfigurations. Develops and leads change management plans for leaders and employees and coordinates with internal business partners and vendors to ensure timely, seamless implementation that supports organizational objectives and enhances employee experience.
Analyzes data related to space usage, workplace trends, and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform workplace planning recommendations.
Prepares reports, layouts, space/floor plans, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Supports continuous improvement of workplace standards, processes, and guidelines to enhance efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
Complies with safety, security, and workplace policies and supports a safe, welcoming, and productive work environment.
Supports the organizations’ space management/reservation software system and other software not supported by Technology. Assists with issues, questions, and testing of configuration/system updates. Collaborates with business partners and vendors to ensure application and integration security.

Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
Base Pay Range:
$77,600-$106,700The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
