Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and assess customer needs.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.

• Install, repair, and maintain equipment and systems.

• Test and inspect equipment for proper functioning.

• Perform regular maintenance and service procedures.

• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.

• Keep up to date with new products, services, and procedures.

• Document service activities and maintain records.

• Provide technical advice and support to customers.

• Prepare reports and other documents related to service activities.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Keep a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Job Requirements

•  High school diploma or equivalent 
•  1-3 years of experience in a similar role 
•  Excellent customer service and communication skills 
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
•  Ability to follow instructions accurately 
•  Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems 
•  Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems 
•  Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic tools and power tools 
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
•  Valid driver’s license 
•  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
