Part-Time Merchandiser

Description

The Retail Merchandiser role provides merchandising coverage to achieve superior in-store results for an assigned retail territory. Point-of-sale interaction is required and the ability to impact sales positively. Personal vehicle is required. Day shift (7 am to 4 pm) No weekends.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Build & maintain professional relationships with store management & associates.
• Set up & maintain in-store planograms
• Responsible for new product implementation on store shelves
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Requirements

Work Experience-Requirement

• One year experience in dealing with the public at the retail sales level
• Able to lift 25 pounds
• Have a valid drivers license and be able to drive their vehicle
• Willing and able to work in refrigerated and freezer sections of the retail store
• Good vision and ability to operate a calculator, telephone, and copier
• Stand and/or walk for long periods
• Comfortably interact with the public
• Professional appearance & demeanor
• Familiar with Excel & Word
• Excellent verbal communication skills
