This is a night shift position. Monday/Tuesday 7P-7A, Wednesday/Thursday 7P-3A.
Pay for this position is $19.00 per hour with a $2.50 premium for all hours worked between 7PM and 7AM.
Key Responsibilities: Â
Support press operator with quality monitoring, machine efficiency optimization, and future job staging for changeoversÂ
Prepare and organize pre-setup materials such as sleeves, mandrels, anilox rolls, and inks for efficient job transitionsÂ
Ensure compliance with Food Safety standards and 5S methodology through proper housekeeping and workplace organizationÂ
Monitor and replenish operational supplies including inks, adhesives, and other consumables while maintaining inventory levelsÂ
Experience:    Â
Manufacturing experience preferredÂ

Basic mechanical aptitudeÂ
Ability to safely operate material handling equipmentÂ
Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculationsÂ
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyÂ

 Physical Demands:The associate will be exposed to the manufacturing environment where hazards and requirements may include but are not limited to:Â
Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Â
Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods Â
Ability to climb, kneel, bend, reach, stoop and squat Â
Proficiency in grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor skillsÂ
Ability to pass Ishihara color testÂ
Ability to climb ladders and stairs safely Â
Ability to work at heightsÂ
Ability to wear required PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses)Â
Ability to become certified in material handling equipmentÂ

Work Conditions:The majority of tasks will be performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to:Â Â
Noise levels above 80 dBÂ Â
Operation of complex machinery Â
