Join our OBGYN Clinic, where RNs play a vital role in providing compassionate, specialized care to patients throughout pregnancy, surgery preparation, and recovery—all in a supportive outpatient setting with no weekends, holidays, or call. This 36‑hour/week position offers four 9‑hour shifts and includes responsibilities such as performing and interpreting non‑stress tests, administering vaccines, delivering prenatal education, providing pre‑ and post‑operative teaching, and managing telephone triage. Day shift - 36 hours weekly! No weekends or holidays! 

The primary responsibilities of our valued RN staff encompass a range of essential duties, such as:

  • Performing non-stress tests with basic interpretation of the strip
  • Administering various injections, including flu and tetanus vaccines
  • Pre and post operation education to patients and families
  • Telephone triage
  • Prenatal Education

Requirements:

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
  • Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
