Custom Filters Direct is expanding and is looking for Automated Machine Operators to help operate our state-of-the-art automated manufacturing equipment. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with machinery, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust automated production equipment.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Load raw materials and keep machines running efficiently.
• Complete production documentation and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with Production and Maintenance to maximize equipment performance and production output.

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with automated production equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

2nd Shift (train on 1st)

• Monday–Friday (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) + any OT based on business needs
