As the Staffing Coordinator, you are the heartbeat that keeps care moving — the person who lifts others up and ensures no one falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

Match caregivers with clients who need them
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date schedules
Communicate with families, caregivers, and leadership
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and welcoming new caregivers
Support nearby offices when needed
Keep the team informed, supported, and aligned

This is active, people‑focused work — not a quiet desk job.

Requirements

18+
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Reasonable commute to the Bloomsburg office
Organized, dependable, and ready to learn
Staffing/scheduling experience is helpful but not required
