About the Role

Do you have experience in inventory control & warehouse operations and take pride in accuracy and organization?

Custom Filters Direct is hiring an Inventory Control Associate to support finished goods inventory, ensure shipping accuracy, and keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift). Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Weekly Pay
  • Pay based on experience ranging from $16.00-$19.00/hour.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off (PTO) offered after 90 days

Position Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments are correct and on time
  • Support shipping operations and inventory tracking

This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of finished goods
  • Stage, verify, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate and meet deadlines
  • Track and update inventory records with a high level of accuracy
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain organization and efficiency within the shipping area
  • Collaborate with production to ensure product availability and accuracy
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • Inventory Control experience required*
  • Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and handling materials
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
