The Sr. Digital Insights Analyst will serve as the insights technical leader on the Assortment Analytics team, working hand-in-hand with the Product Manager and data tech lead to make sense of complex data across multiple domains. The team is focused on assortment optimization (the Merchandizing funnel), and this role is the connective tissue between raw data and meaningful business decisions. This individual will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguous spaces, pulling things together from multiple sources and distilling it into something the business can actually act on. The Analyst will also play a key role in helping the team discover and enable data analytics capabilities that support emerging AI use cases.

Work cross-functionally utilizing data from multiple sources to identify trends and make insights recommendations that will optimize Kroger's digital products. Lead measurement definition with stakeholders to enable reporting results effectively, leading to quick and effective data-driven decisions. Effectively present insights through storytelling to specific product teams with actionable savings optimizations and opportunities called out. Build and create dashboards and reports for stakeholders, combining multiple data sources in one consolidated view.
