This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing hard-to-find talent, managing multiple openings simultaneously, and partnering directly with leadership to deliver qualified candidates quickly.
The Recruiter will support the entire talent lifecycle-from sourcing and initial candidate engagement through interviewing, offer coordination, onboarding, and ongoing talent pipeline development.
Required Qualifications
āœ” 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or Human Resources experience
āœ” Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
āœ” Full-cycle recruiting experience
āœ” Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
āœ” Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
āœ” Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and diplomatic communication style
āœ” Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
āœ” Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized
āœ” Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
āœ” Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience
⭐ Construction, safety, EHS, industrial, or skilled-trades recruiting experience
⭐ Experience recruiting contract and direct-hire professionals
⭐ Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
⭐ LinkedIn Recruiter and job board sourcing experience
⭐ Experience utilizing social media and alternative sourcing strategies

What You'll Be Doing
Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage recruiting activities from initial sourcing through placement and onboarding
  • Source, qualify, and interview candidates to evaluate work history, education, certifications, technical experience, and overall job fit
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Present qualified candidates to internal stakeholders for consideration
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and start dates
  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing
  • Build relationships within safety, construction, and industry-specific professional organizations
  • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates
  • Develop long-term relationships with qualified professionals for future opportunities
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline across multiple markets and skill sets
Recruiting Operations & Onboarding
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Coordinate reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment requirements
  • Support and oversee onboarding activities for new hires and contractors
  • Ensure required candidate documentation is collected and maintained
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Maintain consistent follow-up through the candidate's start date
Recruiting Strategy & Analytics
  • Partner with management to develop and maintain job descriptions and compensation packages
  • Assist leadership in developing recruiting strategies aligned with organizational and business unit goals
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, placements, and other key performance indicators
  • Collect, analyze, and report recruiting data
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to sourcing and recruiting processes
  • Help continuously improve recruiting workflows, candidate engagement, and hiring efficiency
