Our Customers operate facilities and manufacture product regulated by the FDA, ISO, EMA and other national and international regulatory bodies. We specialize in providing onsite Calibration, Certification, Consulting & Staffing, Environmental Monitoring, and Validation Services at our customers’ facilities located throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region (namely: DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA) for routine services and project services (namely Validation) requires travel nationally to support customers with multiple locations.

Job Description

A Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for monitoring and recording results from processes and procedures. Results are continually compared to predetermined expected output and any deviation from expected results shall lead to corrective measures. Develops and implements company quality standards in accordance to regulatory guidelines and corporate policy. Knowledgeable of industry and governmental quality regulations. Audits and reviews quality data according to existing documents and procedures. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Typically requires 3-6 years of related experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the on-boarding of new employees and enhance the orientation process; o Improve upon existing employee training and practical testing
  • Implement, Improve, and Review SOP Test Questions;
  • Develop SOPs and Work Instructions for internal and quality operations;
  • Perform Environmental Monitoring Report reviews and approvals;
  • Perform Validation Final Report Binder reviews and approvals;
  • Perform receiving inspections to ensure vendor conformance;
  • Complete supplier surveys;
  • Follow Quantus, Inc. SOPs, Customer Procedures, and industry best practices;
  • Build customer relationships by offering help beyond your daily task list, leveraging our company’s knowledge base to support our customers’ various audit support requirements

This role will grow with the organization and over time as the needs of the Company changes. Our Quality Group drives conformance to company procedures and standards in all areas of the business. We are continually enhancing employee development programs, providing training with both classroom & practical training sessions, defining more rigorous inspection processes, and continually developing/aligning our KPIs as our processes grow and change over time.


Requirements

Must be computer literate, MacOS, proficient in Microsoft office, email, and can learn to work within custom database and software applications, to perform routine job duties.
