Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Main Location - Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly Weekend Receptionist Duties - Information Desk Answering/Transferring Phones - Locating staff by phone, radio for Members/Staff Message taking Dining/Event Reservations Gathering info. Such as menus, event hours & details for members inquiries Member requests such as copies, directions, emails, scanning, questions, mail, various items to assist various requests. Filing Kid's Treasure Chest - Stocking & Creating placecards with graphics & games Stuffing envelopes/mailing for promotions, checks and statements Checking lobby and reception areas, fixing couch cushions, picking and straightening up Daily Numbers Stocking reception area Signing in/out vendors Signing in/out members for pool, pool waivers, swim wristbands Assigning tennis court keys and ball machine Email - internal/external Making Signs by request Dispense Aspirin, antacids, allergy meds Manage Lost & Found, Will-Call Taking pictures of members Taking holiday to-go-orders Any task delegated by Managers Qualifications
