Position SummaryÂ
The Relief Operator is a position within the production plant. Primary responsibility is to maintain feed flow through plant.Â

Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
•   Conduct sieve testing and samplingÂ
•   Operate clay shed safely and efficientlyÂ
•   Operate wheel loaderÂ
•   Fill out shift reportsÂ
•   Maintain preset production goalsÂ
•   Troubleshoot processing equipmentÂ
•   Safely operate conveyors, elevators, screens and grindersÂ
•   Ability to climb ladders 20ft. plus in heightÂ
•   Perform general housekeeping dutiesÂ
•   Perform additional duties as requiredÂ

•   High school diploma, GED, or equivalentÂ
•   Previous manufacturing experience preferredÂ
