The Staff Pad is looking for a PRN Ultrasound Technologist to join our client's team at Blue Ridge Medical Center. advanced medical imaging techniques. Position Purpose and General Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to Duplex imaging and general ultrasound procedures, while providing care to patients through assessment, observation, and documentation. Requirements: Â Graduate of a Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) accredited educational program in Radiology Technology; RVS/RDCS preferred. Â Strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques and diagnostic radiology. Â Excellent patient care skills with an emphasis on empathy and communication. Â Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy is essential. Â Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
