Speech Therapist (PRN) 

Blue Ridge, GA | Blue Ridge Medical Center 

The Staff Pad has partnered with Blue Ridge Medical Center to find a dedicated PRN Speech Therapist. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a compassionate professional who enjoys making a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. You’ll work with patients of all ages to improve communication, language, and swallowing abilities. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. 
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. 
  • Provide therapy in individual and group settings, while educating patients and families. 
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately. 
  • Partner with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers for coordinated care. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. 
  • Current state license or certification as an SLP (CCC from ASHA preferred). 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Experience across a variety of speech and language disorders is a plus.
