Customer Service Representative – Transportation & Warehouse Support
Location:Â Blue Springs, MO
Schedule: Weekend shift: Monday- Friday -  7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay:Â $19.50/hour
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in transportation or warehouse operations environment (please do not apply unless you have this experience). In this role, you will help coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and warehouse teams, and keep accurate records. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organization and communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
Track incoming and outgoing shipments
Communicate with drivers and internal teams by phone, email, and radio
Coordinate daily warehouse and driver schedules
Monitor and update inventory using computer systems
Enter and maintain accurate records in multiple systems
Work closely with team members to solve daily issues
Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
Work with shipping paperwork such as BOLs, yard checks, and damage reports
What We’re Looking For:
Required:Â Experience in a warehouse or transportation environment
Strong computer and data entry skills
Clear communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse operations
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly
Supervisory experience is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Comfortable with filing, research, and data entry
Team-focused, solution-oriented attitude
