Construction Manager

Construction Project Manager / Field Construction Support opportunity supporting a large-scale manufacturing construction environment.

This role is focused on managing contractors, subcontractors, schedules, and field construction activities to support facility and plant construction projects from execution through close-out.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing general contractor and subcontractor field activities
• Supporting construction safety compliance and incident-free project execution
• Reviewing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction documentation
• Coordinating between owner, contractors, and A/E firms
• Supporting project schedules, change orders, and budget tracking
• Leading punch-list, commissioning, and project close-out activities
• Completing daily field status reports for management review

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction project management or field construction experience
• Strong commercial construction background required (non-residential)
• Automotive or manufacturing construction experience is a plus
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors in active construction environments
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Microsoft Project
• Primavera
• Autodesk Build / Building Connected
• AutoCAD
