We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics efforts supporting FEMA mission operations, cloud initiatives, and executive reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced visualizations, predictive models, and analytic frameworks.
  • Provide enterprise-level analytical insights and performance tracking.
  • Lead data quality assessments and remediation plans.
  • Work with leadership to define analytical KPIs and data governance processes.
  • Mentor junior analysts.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a related role.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools.
  • Strong statistical and analytical modeling capabilities.
  • Experience presenting findings to executives.

 

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Analytics Certifications Preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
