We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics efforts supporting FEMA mission operations, cloud initiatives, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop advanced visualizations, predictive models, and analytic frameworks.
Provide enterprise-level analytical insights and performance tracking.
Lead data quality assessments and remediation plans.
Work with leadership to define analytical KPIs and data governance processes.
Mentor junior analysts.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in a related role.
Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools.
Strong statistical and analytical modeling capabilities.
Experience presenting findings to executives.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Analytics Certifications Preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship.
Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
