We are seeking a Senior UX/CX Specialist to lead multimodal user experience research and design for high-impact FEMA systems, ensuring digital products are intuitive, compliant, and optimized for crisis response operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead user research, heuristic evaluations, and multi-channel experience design.
Oversee UX strategy, accessibility compliance, and content design.
Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and design reviews with stakeholders.
Deliver high-fidelity wireframes, design systems, and prototypes.
Provide Section 508 and WCAG guidance.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 7 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
Advanced UX research and interaction design.
Deep knowledge of accessible design for federal systems.
Experience integrating UX with Agile/DevSecOps teams.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Agile or UX certification preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
