Christian Care Retirement Community is seeking a motivated and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team full-time! This is a key role focused on helping new residents and families experience a smooth, welcoming transition into our community.

Position Details:
✔ Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
✔ Some weekend requirements (hospital correspondence/admissions needs)
✔ Pay based on certifications and experience

Qualifications Preferred:
• Indiana Licensed RN or LPN in good standing preferred
OR Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in long-term care, healthcare admissions, or marketing preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:
• Managing referrals and admissions
• Communicating with hospitals, families, and providers
• Giving tours to prospective residents/families
• Building community and referral relationships
• Supporting census growth and resident satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance and accurate records
