Role: Assistant Superintendent

Compensation: $75,000–$80,000

Project Summary: Ground-up new hospital in Bluffton, SC starting mid-2026 with multiple on-site

leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Support field operations and project management of a new hospital build.

• Ensure schedule, safety, and quality compliance.

• Coordinate subcontractors and assist Superintendent.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in construction or field management.

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

• Open to immediate placement with growth into project ramp.
