Howell‑Chase is seeking an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our sales team in Bluffton, SC. This role is ideal for a proven in‑home sales professional who knows how to build trust, design solutions, and close.

Position Overview

Conduct in‑home consultations and system evaluations
Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options tailored to customer needs
Build value‑based proposals and close sales professionally
Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with customers
Represent Howell‑Chase with professionalism and integrity

Compensation

8%–10% commission on salesCommission rate based on experience and performance

Requirements

Proven HVAC Comfort Advisor / In‑Home Sales experience (required)
Strong closing skills and consultative sales approach
Ability to explain HVAC systems, efficiency, and comfort solutions clearly
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

This position is for experienced Comfort Advisors only. Training roles not available for this posting.
