Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations

• Develop individualized plans of care

• Deliver evidence-based outpatient treatment

• Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term wellness

• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently

• Supervise PTAs, aides, and/or students as appropriate

• Participate in community outreach and clinic initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)

• Active South Carolina PT license (or eligibility)

• Passion for outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation

• Pelvic health experience is a plus (training available)

• 1+ year outpatient experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and growth-oriented
