Compensation: $105,000–$165,000

Project Summary: Ground-up new hospital in Bluffton, SC starting mid-2026 with multiple on-site

leadership roles.

• Lead ground-up new hospital construction starting June/July 2026.

• Manage schedule, budget, quality, safety, and subcontractors.

• Ensure project milestones and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Healthcare construction experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to start immediately or in early ramp-up phases.
