We are seeking to hire a skilled Service Manager who can instruct, coach, and manage a staff of plumbers as they install water heaters and plumbing fixtures. This position will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your plumbing team by tracking customer service targets and facilitating the ongoing training of your team.

We are seeking to hire a skilled Service Manager who can instruct, coach, and manage a staff of plumbers as they install water heaters and plumbing fixtures. This position will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your plumbing team by tracking customer service targets and facilitating the ongoing training of your team.
Requirements:
- Ensure tasks being completed accurately and in a timely manner by field and operational personnel
- Manage workflow by monitoring plumbers to make sure all jobs are complete with accurate paperwork and positive customer service
- Provide estimations for tankless water heater installations and non-standard plumbing jobs as needed
- Communicate proactively with management often
- Maintain positive associate morale
- Perform general clerical duties
- Resolve customer conflicts when needed
- Ability to coach plumbers and associates in need of job improvement and document if needed
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
Core Competencies:
- A background or license in plumbing
- Ability to successfully lead a team of plumbers
- Good analytical, written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Service Titan
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude always
- Attendance and punctuality are extremely important to lead the team by example
