The Analyst, Services Strategy & Operations Support is responsible for hands-on execution and testing across both equipment and operations — spanning the Copy & Print Depot (CPD) equipment lifecycle and Print, Pack & Ship store operations.

On the equipment side, this role physically tests equipment and programs in the lab and in stores, documents findings, and monitors vendor service levels each day to make sure stores get the support they need. The Analyst owns finishing equipment ordering and initial invoice/meter payment coding and serves as frontline support during equipment deployments.

On the operations side, this role provides field input for SOPs and training materials developed by the Sr Analyst, operationalizes Print, Pack & Ship processes on the ground in stores, and owns first-line Ask for Support response.

This role is expected to actively use Claude/AI tools to speed up repetitive tasks (testing logs, invoicing, reporting) and document steps taken for repeatability, in support of the team's broader automation goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Equipment / Fleet

  • Physically tests equipment and programs in the lab and in stores — running units through configurations, paper settings, and use cases; documents findings and reports out
  • Validates and codes monthly meter payments and standard/smaller invoices for Sr Analyst review; owns ordering of finishing equipment and non-catalog requests

Print, Pack & Ship Operations

  • Drafts field commentary and equipment how-to documentation as input for SOPs
  • Operationalizes Print and Pack & Ship SOPs and processes on the ground in stores, focused on continuous process improvement and keeping all SOPs current so the Personal Assistant is working from accurate, up-to-date info when stores request it.
  • Frontline support during equipment deployments — distributing memos, staffing a real-time troubleshooting help desk for store issues, and escalating as needed

Vendor Monitoring, Escalations & Pilot Support

  • Monitors vendor service levels daily; flags emerging vendor issues to the Sr Analyst
  • Owns first-line response for Ask for Support tickets; flags trending or emerging equipment/store issues
  • Runs field testing and legwork in support of pilot programs

  • Level of Formal Education: Associate degree or equivalent years of experience
