💼 The Role

You’ll be at the heart of our sales engine – calling inbound leads, flexing your pitch skills, and closing high-value 36-month fragrance contracts. If you're competitive, thrive under pressure, and love the rush of a close – this is your moment. This is a high-ticket telesales role, with an average sale value of $3,500. You’ll be guiding clients through premium scenting solutions and closing luxury-level deals that reflect the sophistication of the Hotel Collection |

🗓 Schedule

  • Mon–Fri: 12 PM – 9 PM
  • Sat: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Sun + 1 Weekday Off (Your Choice!)
    👀 Pro Tip: Pick Monday for those back-to-back days off.

🔥 What You’ll Do

  • Work warm leads with high-volume outbound calls (no cold calling).
  • Close deals confidently and crush your goals every month.
  • Use Salesforce to stay on top of your pipeline and follow-ups.
  • Create experiences, not just sales – help clients fall in love with our brand.
  • Be part of a high-performing team that actually wants to win.
  • Preform other duties as directed

💪 What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in sales (bonus if it’s in a call center or high-volume).
