Please review the following job description:

Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Home Improvement loans according to established work flow, procedures, and regulations.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.  
1.    Ensure all contract and applicant information is accurately verified and entered correctly.
2.    Follow up with clients on any outstanding stipulations, verifications, or documents needed to complete the processing of loans.
3.    Perform detailed review of all documentation to ensure that loans meet credit guidelines.
4.    Develop and maintain positive working relationship with co-workers, clients and business partners.
5.    Meet or exceed production targets.
6.    Manage multiple loan files at one time, each with minimal amount of complexity.
7.    Escalate any problems that may arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
