SHIFT:  Schedule: This position requires a flexible schedule, with shifts that may be scheduled any day of the week. Typical shift hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., based on department needs.

We You'll Need to Join Our Team:
Sinai Residences is seeking a service-driven Concierge who will provide five-star hotel quality concierge service to our residences and one who understands the worth of superb customer service. A successful candidate will have a confident personality, an outgoing, friendly, and welcoming demeanor, enjoy networking with residents, and be equipped with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). In addition, should possess a comprehensive knowledge of local businesses, travel selections, and entertainment scenes.

• Two years of hospitality or Customer Service experience strongly preferred.
• Higher education and vocational training in the hospitality industry are desired.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and limited Excel for data entry
• Good geographic knowledge of surrounding areas strongly preferred.
• Awareness of local cultural events
