Position Summary
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients; a working knowledge of pharmacokinetics by assisting the physicians and staff pharmacists in drug-dose relationships; for providing the hospital with a safe and effective way of monitoring drugs to avoid the potential for any toxic reaction; for provision of Nutritional Support functions. Participates in on-going Performance Improvement programs and related clinical pharmacy practices as per Joint Commission and ASHP guidelines.
