Technical Program Manager

Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver innovative solutions, align business goals, and scale engineering efforts. As a TPM, you will collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical requirements, manage development schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact technology projects. 

This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership, and program management skills. You will work across teams to enable scalable, innovative solutions in areas such as cloud platforms, API gateways, order management, and fulfillment systems. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Program Leadership: Plan, manage, and deliver large-scale technical programs aligned with organizational goals. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication. 
• Technical Guidance: Leverage technical expertise to drive discussions, influence designs, and address complex system challenges. 
• Cloud and Integration Projects: Oversee projects involving platforms like Salesforce, API gateways, order management systems, and fulfillment platforms, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Define program requirements, track progress, and deliver regular updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. 
• Process Optimization: Improve workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and scalability. 
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential blockers and dependencies early, developing strategies to ensure smooth project delivery. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or software engineering. 
• Proven success in delivering complex technical projects or programs on time and within scope. 
• Demonstrated ability to influence teams, drive decision-making, and inspire collaboration. 
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. 
• Experience working with cloud platforms and tools like Salesforce, Oracle, API gateways, order management systems, and fulfillment platforms. 
• Familiarity with integration patterns, REST APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies. 
• Strong technical foundation in SaaS, cloud computing, and AI solutions. 
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
