Supply Chain Coordinator

Purpose/Impact (Duties & Essential Functions)

The Supply Chain Coordinator manages end-to-end order processing and logistics, overseeing the Quote-to-Delivery process to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of fitness equipment to studios worldwide.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for franchise owners and studio teams, providing proactive communication on order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. The Coordinator creates and manages quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders within an ERP system and partners with equipment suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to coordinate shipments and last-mile delivery.

The role independently resolves order and shipment issues, including delays, damages, and missing product, while balancing customer service expectations with process adherence and service level agreements.

In addition, this position supports special projects such as new product launches and the annual franchise convention. The Coordinator also maintains order tracking and reporting tools, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and helps drive supply chain reliability and franchisee satisfaction.

Strengths and Background

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain

• 3–4 years of overall professional experience

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience using an ERP or order management system (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar) to support supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or order management activities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel)

• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve order and shipment issues

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, franchisees, vendors, and logistics partners

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance service expectations and operational requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

WORK SCHEDULE
Purpose Brands LLC, currently observe the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), and Seattle (WA) offices:

• Remote optional: Wednesdays and Fridays

• On-site days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
