Position Description/Job Responsibilities:

Specializing in high-end space, intelligence, and cyber solutions, KBR provides our customers with expert systems engineering support for solving the full spectrum of signal processing challenges. Position Responsibilities

  • Create and analyze personnel metrics related to fitness for a specific job area, training effectiveness, and other areas supporting effectiveness in a military setting
  • Create, conduct and analyze studies related to changes in a training curriculum or environment. Evaluation techniques may include A/B testing and other statistical methods
  • Create data summary visuals and other products to accessibly communicate complex topics to senior decision makers

Requirements

  • Willingness to quickly pick up new technologies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • 2+ years experience in a personnel analysis role, preferably in a military or government setting
  • Experience with R, Palantir Foundry, Qualtrics
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or other area related to Behavioral Analysis

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and visualizations
  • Experience with data collection and cleaning
  • Masters degree or higher in Psychology or other area related to Behavioral Analysis
