Position Description/Job Responsibilities:
Specializing in high-end space, intelligence, and cyber solutions, KBR provides our customers with expert systems engineering support for solving the full spectrum of signal processing challenges. Our multi-disciplinary teams tackle challenges spreading across the navigation, electronic warfare, and cyber security. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. Position Responsibilities
- Create and analyze personnel metrics related to fitness for a specific job area, training effectiveness, and other areas supporting effectiveness in a military setting
- Create, conduct and analyze studies related to changes in a training curriculum or environment. Evaluation techniques may include A/B testing and other statistical methods
- Create data summary visuals and other products to accessibly communicate complex topics to senior decision makers
Requirements
- Willingness to quickly pick up new technologies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 2+ years experience in a personnel analysis role, preferably in a military or government setting
- Experience with R, Palantir Foundry, Qualtrics
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or other area related to Behavioral Analysis
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and visualizations
- Experience with data collection and cleaning
- Masters degree or higher in Psychology or other area related to Behavioral Analysis
