Hill Country Dental Center is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team of dental professionals in Boerne, TX! We offer the community a wide range of dental services and strive to create positive and stress-free experiences for our patients. The best individual for this role is a self-starter who is motivated and has an outstanding chairside manner. Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm
  • Fridays, 8 am - 1 pm

Qualifications

  • Texas RDA license is required
  • 2+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience
  • Knowledge of Eaglesoft software
  • Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, N2O, and Sealant
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Energetic and flexible
  • Must be a team player
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through
  • Able to understand and communicate dental/orthodontic terminology
  • Strong computer skills are required
  • Exhibit sound judgment
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Work well in a fast-paced, pressure-oriented environment
