Summary of Role: Own national video and traditional media: CTV, streaming, audio, and out-of-home media. You negotiate the buy, steward the delivery, and prove what it drove at the register, not just what it delivered in impressions.

Responsibilities:

• CTV/OLV: plan and buy through DSPs and direct platform deals.
• Traditional media: negotiate and steward linear TV, cable, radio, and out-of-home.
• Planning: build reach, frequency, and cost-efficiency plans across the video mix.
• Negotiation: run RFPs and rate negotiations, and manage make-goods and reconciliation.
• Retail media video: buy retailer-powered CTV to tie national reach to store sales.
• Audio: plan streaming audio and podcast, including compliant host-reads.
• Measurement: run brand lift and geo tests, and hold every seller to the same measurement standard so results are comparable across platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years buying CTV, linear TV, or broadcast, in-house or agency.
• Platforms: hands-on with one major DSP.
• Fundamentals: strong grasp of GRPs, reach and frequency, and rate negotiation.
• Analytics: advanced Excel or Sheets for flighting, pacing, and reconciliation.
• Category: CPG experience, ideally vitamins and supplements, OTC, food, or personal care.

• Local markets: regional and spot buying in addition to national.
• Shoppable CTV: interactive and commerce-enabled video formats.
• Audio compliance: host-read clearance in regulated categories.
