Your journey starts here!  POSITION SUMMARY: The Member Experience Manager will assist the General Manager with all operations of a particular gym to include member services, club cleanliness and ensuring the club is achieving projected membership/sales goals.  Member Experience Manager is the manager on duty while the General Manager is not present.   COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE: Hourly rate of pay, based on relevant experience to the role. QUALIFICATIONS: Possess a thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees Achieve a six-month consecutive track record as an employee who displays leadership qualities.
