Purpose The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health (FCH). The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the FCH check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.  Schedule - 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday daytime shifts, with the opportunity for evenings and rotating Saturdays.
