Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration! We work with homeowners and their insurance carriers to replace roofs that have been damaged by recent and current weather events.

Bartlett Roofing's Production Team creates value for our customers by delivering solutions that build long-term relationships. Acting as a first-line response to our customers, you will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start.

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our roofing replacement services. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and possess the expertise to handle a variety of roofing issues, we want to hear from you!

Job Type: Full-time, M-F 7:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Range: $27 - $34/hour DOE

Who You Are

• Must have 3+ years of commercial roofing experience, specifically with single-ply systems
• Must have 3+ years of residential roofing and repair experience
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple jobs, timelines, and communication channels at once
• Strong analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate scopes of work, understand construction requirements, and ensure profitable bidding
• Detail-oriented and consistent, producing accurate estimates, documentation, and job notes every time
• A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of pipeline management and seeks out new opportunities without waiting for direction
• Skilled in communication — clear, timely, and professional with teammates, customers, and partners
• Comfortable with job-site work, including inspections, hands-on tasks, and occasional small repairs
• Adaptable, dependable, and committed to supporting both Sales and Production in hitting shared goals
• Tech-savvy, capable of navigating CRM systems, mobile apps, and digital communication tools

What You'll Do

• Create accurate estimates, work orders, and material orders with fast turnaround times
• Manage your estimating pipeline and self-assign commercial projects
• Schedule and complete inspections quickly, documenting all required data in the CRM
• Provide clear scope recommendations and follow up with sales reps after inspections
• Support small repairs, coordinating with Production and updating scopes as needed
• Maintain timely communication and document all job updates in RoofLink
