Compensation: $27 per hour Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (starting at 7am MST) Delivery Trainer Job Details:  To safely operate a company vehicle in compliance with all state and federal safety and administrative requirements, as well as following and promoting the HBC safety policy. Thoroughly train new employees to successfully run their route, on their own with minimal follow-up once the training is complete. Train new employees to be successfully obtain a route-specific class A, or class B CDL. Supervise assigned drivers to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. Cover the routes of those drivers when they are on vacation. Perform Pre- & post- trip inspections of delivery vehicle plus complete truck maintenance checklist on a daily basis. Verify inventory counts when delivering products to customers. Service customer accounts in a professional manner. This position requires employee to have direct contact with customers. Maintain back-stock of product in each account, rotate stock to maintain freshness, stocking shelves at each account. This position requires fluency in email, VIP, and basic computer skills Ability to obtain forklift and riding pallet jack certification. Ability to understand product picking processes.
