Compensation: Range $21.68-$30.88 per hour, varies based on experience.

What You'll Do
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the excellence of Boise Centre’s physical assets. From routine inspections and troubleshooting to maintaining essential systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, your expertise will keep our facilities running seamlessly. You’ll also collaborate with other technicians and assist with event setup, ensuring every detail is perfect for our guests.
Requirements
Your Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in facility maintenance or large building operations
- Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various electrical systems
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
- Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to assess multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of operating heavy equipment safely
- Able to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights, in outdoor conditions, and with moderate noise levels
