Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Idaho
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Summary

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work will focus on improving emotional well-being, strengthening relationships, and helping clients develop practical tools they can use in daily life. This role offers the opportunity to focus on clinical care without the distractions of in-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
Maintain ethical and professional standards in all interactions

Active LMFT license in the state of Idaho
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience providing therapy services to adults or families
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
Ability to manage a consistent full-time caseload
