DETAILS: Practice Setting: Inpatient rounding admitting consultingStart month with credentialing: May 2025Shift hours: 8 am – 5 pm no callPatient Population for Required Coverage: Inpatient Oncology unit – both oncology and hematology patientsSupport staff - Do APPs Provide Coverage: No although outpatient Oncologists available for any support or questions.Inpatient coverageLocum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers: NoDocumentation System/EMR: EPICLocum treating both Oncology and hematology patients and administering medication. 90-day credentialing timeframePlease make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process MD diploma Internship/residency/fellowship certs All medical licenses DEA Board Certification Life support cards- BLS Current and previous certificates of insurance Driver’s license Professional color photo/headshot CMEs for the past 2 years Immunization records including TB Flu HepB Tdap Varicella and COVID References Case logs *Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.
