Come meet us and you be the judge.   WHO WE NEED You're a self-motivated maintenance technician who can manage routine maintenance and repairs across our downtown parking facilities. You'll work with a maintenance crew responsible for cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and general facility maintenance across multiple parking decks and lots, taking ownership of your work area and assigned tasks. Daily Maintenance: Sweep, pressure wash, and clean parking decks and surfaces (year-round) Operate maintenance equipment: sweepers, pressure washers, gas blowers Empty trash, remove debris, basic cleanup Paint lines, poles, signage as directed Winter: snow/ice removal Equipment & Repairs: Inspect gates, barriers, and access equipment; report issues Basic repairs: replace damaged hardware, light bulbs, fixtures Help with barrier and gate arm repairs Keep maintenance logs   WHO YOU ARE Required: 1+ year manual labor, maintenance, janitorial, or grounds work  High school diploma/GED preferred but not required Valid driver's license Ability to stand/walk long hours, lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather Reliable and show up on time Preferred: Any garage, parking, or facilities maintenance experience Comfort operating power tools and equipment Local knowledge of downtown Boise Skills: Willingness to learn and follow instructions Problem-solving mindset Pay attention to safety and detail Self-motivated; can work unsupervised   BENEFITS WE OFFER 18 days of Recharging your Battery (PTO)  Paid Parental Leave Volunteer Time Off (VTO)  Paid holidays  Bereavement Medical, Dental, Vision  Flexible and health spending accounts  Short term disability  Critical illness and accident benefits  Life insurance, tuition reimbursement  401(k) and more are available to eligible Team Members  There’s also the opportunity to work with a genuinely awesome team of co-workers   Professionalism, mutual respect, and a sense of humor are traits we value and exhibit.
