Purpose The Medical Assistant (MA) shall be accountable for 1) providing excellent direct patient care alongside our providers, 2) supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care and 3) maintaining accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record. Schedule Schedule options of: Monday-Wednesday: 8am-8pm  Thursday-Friday: 8am-8pm and Saturday: 8am-5pm Who We Are Our vision is that every Idaho community is healthy and thriving through our commitment to outstanding care and the education of tomorrow's healthcare leaders. Licensure / Certification Currently certified by American Medical Technologists, American Association of Medical Assistants, American Registry of Medical Assistants, or other accredited certifying organization. Experience Entry level; previous medical assistant experience preferred. Previous experience in a primary care clinic / outpatient setting preferred. Other: Our organization is a tobacco-free workplace. We require immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment. Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.
