Please note this position is fully in-office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Track and trace pick-ups and deliveries via phone, e-mail or online 
  • Manage freight shipments 
  • Enter order information into logistics software and update order status 
  • Keep load board up to date 
  • Continuously follow up on shipments to ensure no problems arise 
  • Provide proofs of delivery (PODs) to customers when required 
  • Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments as needed 

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in professional oral and written communication 
  • Minimum of a high school diploma 
  • Demonstrated success in the ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively 
  • Ability to work without immediate supervision 
  • Ability to follow a 100% in-person on-site work model
